This one time at BANDCAMP!

So as you may be familiar I am SoundCloud junkie and it seems these days SoundCloud goes hand in hand with BandCamp, SoundCloud being mainly focused towards electronically based music where in BandCamp focuses on instrumental music obviously. I just started delving into the world of BandCamp and have found myself quite satisfied and intrigued. SoundCloud and BandCamp are how music has evolved being that all the music is accessible to anyone (a limited selection is able to be downloaded for free), therefore switching the focus from profit to musical creativity and integrity. For a long time there has been much debate about whether we should be charged for listening to an artists music being if we get it for free we are hurting the monetary gain of that artist. Well with napster and torrents and things like that we are downloading music without the artists consent, yet with SoundCloud and BandCamp all the music is put up by the artist therefore we have more than the consent. Many of these artists share the same common values of making music abundant and accessable to everyone being the idea of music is to create with sound, not to maximize profits, granted.....musicians have to survive toooo.

So I wonder if doing drugs in space would be much alike listening to this music?? Either way drugs in space would be fucking crazy!!

Something kinda hit me today.....

I need to start posting more...

So I have been out of the loop for a while, I plan to be right back into it though as this morning I discovered some music on SoundCloud that I found quite intriguing.

Prof.Logik X ManOfTheDown-A Man Of Logik by proflogik

I like the abstract hiphop, it has an extremely cultural feel to it.....it gives me hope that hip hop really isn't dead.....

Do keep a full loop of a network I always friend the artists I follow on Sound Cloud on Facebook, this guy is apparently from Queens....our only mutual friend is Perris Dietrich whom is a local experimental electronic music producer.

Gnome feat. Magmatic Magnanimous - Shut Your Fuckin' Mouth (Wick-it Remix) by Wick-it the Instigator

Wick-It The Instigator is a dubstep producer out of Nashville, his music isn't new to his blog, I would really like to visit Nashville sometime being that it seems very culturally flourescent.
